Το Farmactive Silver spray είναι ένα spray ξηράς κόνεως με μέρη κολλοειδούς αργύρου και υαλουρονικού οξέως νατριούχου άλατος. Ο κολλοειδής άργυρος έχει αντιβακτηριδιακές ιδιότητες βοηθώντας και προλαμβάνοντας μικροβιακή μετάδοση από τον ρουχισμό.
Το υαλουρονικό οξύ είναι ένας πολυσακχαρίτης φυσικώς υπάρχων στον συνδετικό ιστό του ανθρωπίνου σώματος έχοντας λιπαντικές και ενυδατικές λειτουργίες. Στην διάρκεια της επούλωσης οι ενυδατικές ιδιότητες του υαλουρονικού οξέως βοηθούν την φυσιολογική κινητικότητα των κυττάρων και την διάχυση μορίων διαλυτών στο ύδωρ. Ο άργυρος και το υαλουρονικό οξύ είναι σε ελαφρύ σύμπλοκο πηλού και σιλικόνης με απορροφητικές ιδιότητες και ελέγχου της απέκκρισης , δημιουργώντας ένα πλεονεκτικό μικροπεριβάλον για την φυσική επούλωση του τραύματος.
