Το Μάτσα (Μatcha) είναι ένα ιδιαίτερο τσάι , ιαπωνικής προέλευσης , είναι 100% φύλλα από πράσινο τσάι βιολογικής καλλιέργειας  σε μορφή σκόνης με βαθύ πράσινο χρώμα .
